Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by AJC Apache Junction Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete services in Apache Junction, AZ and surrounding areas.
Services Description
AJC Apache Junction Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, sidewalks, and masonry work.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and proper scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for concrete work.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide to us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on material and labor cost fluctuations.
A deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, concrete work is weather-dependent and may be delayed due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions beyond our control.
You will be notified of any significant delays as soon as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that any obstacles are removed before our crew arrives. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, plants, and other items from the work zone.
You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems. We recommend contacting Arizona 811 before work begins to have utilities marked.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. The specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Concrete is a natural material and minor cracking is normal. Small hairline cracks do not affect the structural integrity of the concrete and are not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period specified in your agreement. Regular maintenance and proper care are required to keep your warranty valid.
Liability and Damages
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, hidden site conditions, or pre-existing property damage.
Our liability is limited to the total value of your project contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Once concrete work has begun, cancellation is not possible. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
